Kind Hearts, Safe Minds
An Anti-Bullying & Wellbeing Workshop for your child — built so you're part of it too. Bilingual, age-matched, and grounded in Malaysian research.
Three age tracks
- Ages 7–10 · Feelings & Friendship — gentle, concrete language to name feelings and practice telling a trusted grown-up.
- Ages 11–13 · Friendships & Pressure — covers group-chat exclusion, rumours, and peer pressure, with a script for making things right.
- Ages 14–17 · Mental Health, Honestly — names anxiety, depression, and stress directly, with a clear safety plan.
RM80 per participant (RM75 registration + RM5 admin fee), including a pre- and post-session email to parents.
