For Organisations
Getting started isn't a self-serve listing — every organisation goes through a short verification process so that everyone on the platform, on both sides, can trust who they're connecting with.
Sign up and select your organisation type — NGO or private company. Each type follows its own verification path.
Both NGOs and private companies are verified before being matched with the network. This protects sponsors, volunteers, and beneficiaries alike.
Once verified, you'll meet with The Impact Conduit team to figure out the right fit. There are two directions this can take:
For Individual Members
Membership keeps you in the loop on active projects and gives you a real way to get involved — not just a newsletter.
Start with a 14-day free trial — explore everything membership offers before paying anything. After the trial, choose a plan:
The annual plan is the better-value option if you're planning to stay engaged long-term. This fee is a small access and commitment cost — it isn't a donation itself, but it keeps the community engaged and the platform running. Any donations or activity fees you choose to contribute are separate and on top of this.
Membership and project donations are currently processed via bank transfer (Maybank) — you'll upload proof of payment, and our team verifies it manually before activating your plan or recording your donation. You'll receive a confirmation once it's verified.
Every member gets a personal dashboard showing their contributions over time — volunteering, donations, and promotion — all in one place.
Members also appear on a sitewide leaderboard, ranked by a contribution score that reflects engagement across all of these, not just one type of activity. The top 3 members are marked with gold, silver, and bronze medal icons on a coloured background; ranks 4–10 show as plain numbers. Every row displays the member's name, their level, and their session count.
As contribution grows, members progress through five levels — Seed, Sprout, Grove, Forest, and Guardian — shown as an emoji next to their name on the leaderboard and dashboard.
The leaderboard spans the whole platform — including members across Southeast Asia — so each row can also show the member's location, making the regional reach of the community visible alongside individual recognition. Members choose what's shown: city and country, country only, or no location at all.
BISA is one of The Impact Conduit's signature programmes — currently centred on hikes and walks, with other recreational and sports activities (running, cycling, and similar) planned for the future. Each session combines health, friendship, and networking with fundraising for Impact Conduit's causes. What makes it flexible is who can lead a session: selected members can lead or co-lead a BISA activity at a time and venue of their choosing, rather than every session depending on Impact Conduit staff to organise it. Participants register and pay a small fee to join (typically RM10 activity fee + RM1 administrative fee), and that payment doubles as their contribution to the cause — tracked the same way any other donation is.
For Sponsors & Donors
There are two ways to give, depending on who you are.
Either way, every contribution is tracked against the project it supports — what was given, what it was used for, and what it achieved.
The Impact Conduit offers four corporate partnership tiers, each with its own level of visibility, reporting, and involvement:
Logo on project page, certificate of appreciation, social media mention, impact report
All Community perks, co-branding on outreach materials, featured in newsletter, quarterly impact brief
All Silver perks, named project sponsorship, speaking slot at events, dedicated impact report, press release co-authorship
All Gold perks, exclusive ESG impact dashboard, co-design initiative from scratch, annual recognition award, board-level engagement
This path is built for businesses that want to align CSR spending with measurable ESG impact reporting — not just a one-off donation, but an ongoing, brand-visible partnership.
Donating Items & the Resource Hub
Not every contribution is financial. Members can also donate physical items — like the preloved books behind our 2023 school donation drive — or trade goods within the community.
A members-only space to offer or request preloved items within the community — from books and clothing to electronics and furniture. The platform coordinates the schedule and matches donors with recipients, but doesn't bear transport costs itself — those are reflected in the logistics fee for whichever collection arrangement is chosen.
Browse the Events page and register through the link on any upcoming listing. Some events are free; others may require a small fee with payment proof upload, the same way project donations work.
Host or Collaborate on an Event
We welcome co-facilitators, speakers, and venue partners to help us create meaningful learning experiences. If you have expertise to share or a space to offer, this is a way to contribute that isn't about money or hours volunteered — it's about lending what you already have.
