It's a small access and commitment fee — not a donation. After your 14-day free trial, you can choose monthly billing at RM7/month (billed every 6 months) or an annual plan at RM80/year, which works out cheaper than paying monthly across a full year. Either way, the fee covers running the platform itself — verification, coordination, the dashboard and leaderboard — and keeps the community made up of people who are genuinely engaged, not passive browsers. Payment is via bank transfer (Maybank) and verified manually by our team. Any money you donate or pay to join a specific activity is separate and on top of this.

BISA — "Active While Giving Back" — is one of The Impact Conduit's signature programs: currently hikes and walks, with other recreational and sports activities (like running and cycling) planned for the future. Each session combines health, friendship, and networking with fundraising for our causes. Selected members can lead or co-lead individual sessions at a time and venue of their choosing, so BISA isn't limited to whenever Impact Conduit staff can organize one. Joining a session typically costs RM10 (activity fee) + RM1 (administrative fee), and that payment is tracked as your contribution.

We keep it lean: every dollar is optimised to support our social mission. Payment processing costs money: banks and credit card companies charge fees for every transaction. Operations drive impact: safe platforms, customer support, and legal compliance require funding. We avoid dependence: these fees ensure we remain financially sustainable without relying solely on unpredictable grants.

Straight to the specific project you chose to fund or the activity you registered for — not into a general pool. Every project on the platform tracks what was given, what it was used for, and what it achieved, so you can see the result of your specific contribution.

The Impact Conduit doesn't just collect donations — it connects you to a specific, verified project, tracks what your contribution was used for, and shows you the outcome. You're not giving into a general fund and hoping it's used well; you're funding something specific and seeing it followed through.

If you're already logged in as a member, you can go straight to the Organisation Registration form. If you're not yet a member, you'll be guided to sign up first — registering as a member is quick, and it ensures every organisation on the platform is connected to a real, identifiable person on our side.

Every organisation — whether an NGO or a private company — registers through our Organisation Registration form, telling us whether you want to support an existing project or need support for your own. From there, you go through a verification step before being matched into the network, followed by a short consultation to figure out the right fit. This protects everyone already in the network, including the volunteers and sponsors who'll be connecting with you.

Unlike Domestic Errands Pooling, there's no admin-coordinated collection service or logistics fee here; it's a direct match between donor and recipient, covering books, clothing, electronics, furniture, and more.
